Today, students in Ms. Keifer's 8th grade math class are graphing coordinates on a coordinate plane. Students are taking turns demonstrating points. Other students are writing down where the student is on the plane. Great opportunity to learn math outside of the classroom.

Today, Coudersport High School was taught the life saving "Minutes Matter" program. In this photo teachers are taught how to use the AED.
First graders say goodbye to their monarch butterfly friend, sending it on a new adventure!
Students from our Natural Resource Management class took an exciting trip to the Elk Country Visitors Center! They explored animal behavior, learned how to score antlers, studied PA furbearers, and even practiced their tree ID skills. A hands-on experience with Pennsylvania's wildlife and natural resources!

This morning Coudersport Area School District participated in a moment of silence in remembrance of the tragic events on 9/11/2001. Today we honor the heroes and remember the lives lost on that day. Patriot Day is a day to be thankful for all of the men and women who sacrificed for our safety and freedom. It is a time to come together as a community and a country and to #NeverForget.
Today, students in Mr. Klepfer's class are working in groups to compare and contrast the four spheres (geosphere, biosphere; atmosphere, and hydrosphere). They are determining the most important part of the information to share.
On Thursday, September 5, Coudersport Enrichment students in grades four through six attended a program at Lyman run State Park, testing water properties! How cool.
